Meet Our Educators
At Thornleigh West OOSH, we have a qualified Full-time Director, 2 Full-time Assistant Directors, 8-12 permanent part-time staff, and a team of wonderful regular casual staff working between 2 and 5 afternoons a week. All educators have current working with children checks completed, and most of our Educators hold current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training qualifications. Our Educators have a range of skills, knowledge and experience from art, experience in early childhood, studying teaching at University to having experience coaching sporting teams, swim coaching, and running youth groups. With the great continuity of staff, our educators have been able to develop close and trusting relationships with all the children in our care, and the children look forward to seeing them each day!
